Wheat and Chaff Separating in Real Time — And What the Spirit-Led Life Looks Like in the Middle of It

Jesus said the wheat and the weeds would grow together until the harvest. I believe the sifting is happening right now, and culture itself is doing a lot of the separating.

The passive communication, the autonomy dressed as kindness, the spectacle distraction — all of it quietly weeds out anyone who still walks by the Spirit.

After being pulled out I could see the divide more clearly. Schaeffer warned about it. Lewis showed how gradual drifts separate souls. Tozer said sifting reveals the root system.

Galatians 5:16 is still the instruction: “Walk by the Spirit and you will not gratify the desires of the flesh.” The antithesis is brutal: culture scatters; the Spirit gathers.

If the fog grieves you while others scroll past, you’re probably already feeling the sift. Cling to Christ. The harvest is coming.
